That means every meal we serve is 100% Halal-certified, prepared with care, respect, and integrity. Halal food follows Islamic law (Shariah). It must be hygienic, safe, and free from anything harmful or impure. Meat is only sourced from animals that are permissible and slaughtered according to Islamic requirements.

Our Internal Standards

Beyond certification, we maintain strict internal controls to make sure every step, from sourcing and preparation to cooking, packaging, and storage, meets Halal standards. Our kitchens, utensils, and processes are carefully monitored every day to protect that trust.

Our Halal Status

We only partner with suppliers certified by by our own local Islamic food and nutrition certification body recognized by local Islamic department of Indonesia or other recognized Halal authorities worldwide. Non-Halal items are never allowed in our restaurants. Cleanliness, safety, and proper handling are top priorities, and at least two Muslim team members are always present in our kitchens to oversee compliance.

Imported Products

All imported products are certified Halal by the source country local Islamic food and nutrition certification body recognized by local Islamic department of Indonesia. To further verify the Halal status of our imported products, officials from Indonesia. Shariah Advisory Council, inspect the facilities of all our suppliers abroad.

Raw Materials

All raw materials suppliers are required to submit a statutory declaration to confirm that they comply with Halal requirements in relation to the manufacturing process, handling, storage and transportation of products supplied..
